Junk!, March 24, 2012 By MST (WI) - See all my reviews This review is from: Toshiba BDX2300 Smart Blu-ray/DVD 1080p Player - Black (Electronics) I was looking for an inexpensive blu-ray player to primarily run netflix and hulu plus,so I would not risk burning out my game consoles.Also,it would serve as a backup blu-ray player.Right out of the box,this thing is crap.Not only does the player freeze up regularly,but,it can't maintain connections with netflix and hulu.When it is connected to either one,it's doggy as hell in the menus.With hulu,it takes forever,to go to and from ads,while watching tv shows.After checking Toshiba's forums,I found that,they are having problems with many of their players.I did not try a disc out,for fear of getting it stuck in the player.Too bad I can't give this 0 stars.
